september: season of the seasons

if you like those American series.. well .. September is the season of seasons..

most of the shows ends in May.. and their comeback is September  ..
with a new season in fall..

so we have to wait for 3 months to watch again our favorite series..

but now.. the wait is over!

as the new seasons unfolds!

if it wasn't for the incentives .. i wouldn't attend it..

but yet, in order to save my grades, i end up there partying ( well not really ).. ^^

My yummy yum yum Pastillas de Leche

whenever i make pastillas.. my calssmates .. friends.. and family .. go gaga over it..
so i have to make again and again .. until they don't want to eat anymore :D

i was in elementary when i learned to make a homemade pastillas..
we are having a small party, valentine's party to be exact that time, we decided to make a dessert for our party so we gather all we have and then poof! it became pastillas!

the next time i made another is in HS .. again for dessert in our T.H.E subject ..
our teacher's loved it.. all of them gave us 100% for the dessert :)

then, from time to time.. i managed to make pastillas to give it to my family..
my cousin Yumi really loved it.. sometimes i even send it to her to japan.. that's why the pastillas needs to be really sweet .. to be able to make it without refrigeration because its homemade, it doesn't have any preservatives in it.. that's why it is spoil-able in a short period of time, unless.. it is refrigerated.

i have always been a fan of Enchong Dee.. (not erich HAHA :D ) I mean, what's not to love about this guy,, good actor, handsome, almond eyes, moreno, hot body, a swimmer, champion athlete and good dancer..

Erich is so effin lucky!

oh well! that's life..

before the enrich tandem.. no one else is good enough for enchong .. and then there came erich ..
and poof! it became coco crunch! joke LOL... and then poof! their tandem clicked because of their chemistry.. i love it! now everyone loves the Enrich tandem.. their effective to their roles plus the real score about them makes the crowd more crazy!!! Erich is beautiful but inside? i don't really wanna talk about that issues, whether good or maldita? just take care of my beloved EnCHong!!! :)))

late blog, I've been so busy the past few weeks..

4 exams in one day! ?? OW! c'mon!
